Computer Information Systems - CIS Training
As stated above, this type of initial computer information systems training is a first step into the CIS world. After completing a few computer information systems classes at the local college, some students take jobs as helpdesk managers, troubleshooters, and the like. Other students might even opt to pursue further educational opportunities with the field of computer information systems.
An easy way to do this is to put the credits earned in vocational school towards a degree in something like computer engineering. Most colleges will allow you to use your previous computer information systems credits in some way, whether they completely replace required credits or eliminate some prerequisites. With a degree in hand, it’ll be that much easier to get a higher-paying job.
